Septic work, start to finish

From an alarm going off to a brand-new system on a bare lot. If it’s outside what we do, we’ll point you to someone who can help.

  1. Troubleshooting and repair

Alarm sounding, pump not running, water where it shouldn’t be. We find the cause, explain it plainly and fix it: pumps, floats, alarms and control panels.

    Typical situations

    • Alarm going off
    • Pump or float failed
    • Control panel fault
    • Backing up or slow to drain
  2. Drain field repair and replacement

A soggy yard or a system where nothing drains often points to the drain field. We dig in, find what failed, and repair or replace it.

    Typical situations

    • Wet ground over the field
    • Nothing draining
    • Older system failing
  3. New system installation

Complete septic systems for new builds and replacements: concrete or poly tanks, risers, lines and drain field, set and connected.

    Typical situations

    • New construction
    • Failed system replacement
    • Tight timeline for a home sale
  4. Tank replacement and risers

We replace worn-out tanks and add risers that bring the lids up to ground level, so the tank is easy to reach for every check from then on.

    Typical situations

    • Cracked or failing tank
    • Lids buried below grade
  5. Maintenance

Routine care that catches small problems before they turn into a dig. Ask what your system needs and how often.

    Typical situations

    • System check-ups
    • Advice on keeping it healthy
  6. Excavation and site work

Dirt and concrete work on its own or around a septic job: trenching, excavation, grading and debris removal.

    Typical situations

    • Trenching
    • Excavation and grading
    • Dirt and debris removal

Not sure which of these you need? That’s what the phone call is for.

What happens when you call

No call center and no runaround. Here’s how a job usually goes.

  1. Call or text

Tell Austin what’s going on: an alarm, a backup, a wet yard or a new build. A photo of the alarm panel or the problem spot helps.

  2. We find the cause

A lot can be worked out over the phone. If not, we come out, track down the problem and show you what we found.

  3. You get the options

We walk you through what it will take, the choices and the tradeoffs, with the price up front before any work starts.

  4. We fix it and stand behind it

We do the work with guaranteed satisfaction. If something else acts up later, call us.

Common questions

If yours isn’t here, call or text. We’d rather answer it than have you guess.

My septic alarm is going off. What should I do?

An alarm usually means the water in the tank is higher than it should be, often because a pump, float or control has stopped working. Press the silence button on the alarm if it has one, keep water use to a minimum (hold off on laundry, dishes and long showers), and call us. A lot can be narrowed down over the phone.

Do you handle new installs as well as repairs?

Yes. We install complete new systems for new builds and replacements, and we troubleshoot and repair existing ones: pumps, floats, alarms, control panels, tanks and drain fields. We also do the excavation and site work around them.

Can I reach you after hours or on a weekend?

Yes. Call or text (425) 446-1004 whenever the problem starts, weekends included. If we can’t pick up straight away, leave a message or send a text with your address and what’s happening, and Austin will get back to you.

What should I have ready when I call?

Your address, what you’re seeing or hearing (an alarm, a backup, a wet spot in the yard), when it started, and roughly how old the system is if you know. Photos of the alarm panel or the problem area help, and you can text them.

How much will it cost?

It depends on what’s wrong, so we don’t quote blind. Once we know the problem, we walk you through the options and give you the price up front, before any work starts.

What area do you serve?

Snohomish County. We’re based in Snohomish and work across the county. If you’re near the county line or not sure, call and ask.
